Hi there! I'm Hannah Quenta. I invite you to embark on a journey of healing and wellness that you may find ends up becoming lifelong.
My path to my daughter wasn't a straight line. It took several years, some unfortunate twists and turns, and an eventual diagnosis of "unexplained infertility" before I finally began asking different questions. As I uncovered the root causes affecting my health and rebuilt my body through nourishment, lifestyle changes, and targeted support, everything began to change. That journey not only led me to my daughter, it completely changed the course of my life.
Today, I bring together nutritional therapy, with a focus on the perinatal arc, along with herbalism to support women / people with uteruses through fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum with care that's tailored to their unique story. I believe true wellness comes from nourishing the body deeply, supporting its natural ability to heal, and addressing the root cause rather than simply managing symptoms. My own experience showed me what's possible, and it's an honor to walk alongside others as they discover that hope for themselves.
The name of my business, Leocadie Wellness, means so much to me. Leocadie, meaning "splendid brightness", was my maternal great-grandmother, and choosing her name is a way of honoring the women who came before me. I believe our ancestors remain part of our story, offering strength, wisdom, and unseen encouragement.
Just as their resilience lives on in us, we all have the ability to create meaningful change in our lives through intention, nourishment, and hope. Leocadie Wellness is a reflection of that belief: that healing is both deeply personal and deeply connected, and that with the right support, nourishment, and intention, lasting change and even splendid brightness is possible.
